WSI extends a "thank you" to all who participated in this year's event
The staff and organizers of the 13th WaterSmart Innovations Conference and Exposition would like to thank the more than 580 water professionals who made their way to Las Vegas for this year’s in-person event.
“This year’s event exceeded our expectations. The positive energy of our exhibitors and attendees made all the difference,” said WSI Program Chair Doug Bennett.
Participants soaked up a world of water knowledge at more than 80 professional sessions, as well as pre-conference workshops and myriad networking opportunities. We also gained invaluable insights from keynote speaker Jonathan Overpeck and recognized the worthy efforts of those who earned WaterSense Partner of the Year Awards from the U.S. EPA’s WaterSense Program and recognition from the Alliance for Water Efficiency.
This year, our participants comprised professionals from 40 states and the District of Columbia, as well as Canada, Mexico, and Tunisia.
The Southern Nevada Water Authority again presented WSI in partnership with the Alliance for Water Efficiency, the U.S. EPA’s WaterSense Program, American Water Works Association, California Landscape Contractors Association, California Water Efficiency Partnership, International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, ICC Evaluation Service, Imagine H2O, International Center for Water Technology, and Irrigation Association.
Agency supporters included the Arizona Municipal Water Users Association, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Central Arizona Project, City of Phoenix, Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, and Solano County Water Agency.
