As the official transportation sponsor, your company can send a message to attendees as you shuttle them up and down the Las Vegas Strip daily. Strike a memory with a special evening event! The sponsor will have the run of the modern, 64-lane bowling center from 9 p.m. until midnight on Thursday, October 9. Tables are equipped with touch screens so everyone can keep track of the game. Full bar service is available to allow your guests to enjoy a cold beverage without missing any of the action. Approximately 250 of your selected guests can bowl simultaneously. Sponsor is responsible for event coordination, food and beverage and any prizes awarded.

Event staff and volunteers will be outfitted with distinctive, high-quality polo shirts. Shirts will have the conference logo over the left breast. Sponsor’s name, logo or website embroidered on the right sleeve or below the collar on the shirt back (sponsor choice).

Technical tours give you a unique opportunity to spend some quality time with conference attendees. Sponsors will have the opportunity to select specific tours on a first-come basis.

Hotel Room Keys |  |
Put your company’s image on attendees' door key for the host hotel. Sponsor is responsible for providing a minimum of 1,000 cards manufactured to the host hotel specifications.

Conference Program Event Listing | Sponsorship $1,000 |
Hosting a reception, special seminar or other event? List it in the conference program. Two listings will be made in the conference program. First, a listing will be made to the appropriate day’s event schedule. Second, a special display advertisement will list all hosted events and include the date, time, location, event description and contact information. Events may not conflict with the primary conference schedule.
Badge Lanyards |  |
Few things get as much eye-traffic as attendee badges. Why not add your company identity? Your printed lanyards will be provided to all attendees at the registration kiosk. Sponsor must provide 2,000 lanyards. Unused lanyards will be returned to the sponsor.
